my nextbook says android is upgrading?

There is no problem. This is normal.

What you do is leave it turned on and plugged in. Once the upgrade completes you will have a newer version of your operating system.

I'm not sure what you're asking here. You have an Android notebook and Android is updating. Why would that be a problem?
