Question My notebook constantly hangs

My laptop constantly hangs when I run 5 apps.
Is there any way to stop it from hanging?

Specs:
CPU : i5-8250
GPU : Intel UHD Graphics 620, Radeon 530
RAM : 1 x 4GB 2400Mhz
Storage : 1TB 5400RPM HDD
