my notebook dv8 stuck in bootloop

It started when don a factory restore and cant even get f11 to give me a minu

Try completely powering off the unit and unplug from the charger, remove the battery on the back and leave it for a couple of minutes.
If this doesn't help trying re-seating the RAM on your laptop, if you're unsure of how to do that just do a google search or watch a YouTube videos.
