My old phone is broken will I be able to get my same google photos account on a brand new phone?

My old phone is broken whit all my photos saved to google when I buy my new phone will I be able to sign in google photos to see all of my photos?

Your google accounts can be accessed from any device (phone, tablet, computer, etc.) as long as you have the correct log in information. That said, those photos, they would have to have been uploaded to the account from the other phone for you to get them on the new phone. If they were not uploaded, then they are only on the other phone and you have to get them off of it.
