Solved! My olde rear projection tv was rewired by painters Now tv stops in minutes...says timer no idea help

My rewired 65” tv now has a timer that stops it. Will not start for hours so can’t fix it. Also no clue how to fix “timer”

At some point tried suggested pushing sleep button til stop... works under half hour then turns off.

I am clueless and Thanks giving in a few days... please help

With tv light blinking green will not turn on. Scree says “timer” and the tv goes off with blinking till turns o a few minutes then back to blinking.. help please

You could try leaving the set unplugged from the AC outlet for a while and see if it resets itself.
I would ALSO suggest that you google for the owners manual and find out what the timer function is about. Without a make or model we can't do that can we?

Thanks for your help... I found good advice from Mitsubishi Q and A. If you hold the green power button the tv resets itself. So far so good.
