My Pc Has no Boot mode

Hi, homies. i have a small company and i sell computers and their accessories thought im not IT technichian but sometimes i repair my Computers, so there is a problem that i met mostly when i want to install windows OS to a new Computer (The one that i want to repair it now is toshiba Satellite c50-A635) it says that there is no bootable device -- Please restart system, and if i insert the disk and hit F12 then choose the CD/DVD (where my installation is) it says "checking media" and after while it repeats again "No bootable device" i googled it and finally i realized that there is no Boot mode in the system configuration. so If there is someone who can help please im appriciated, thnak you very much!

Its a laptop. Does it already have Windows on it? or any OS?

What disk are you inserting? Have you got the product key for it? Is it oem? Has it been used before?

Its a laptop and yes ats alrady installed windows 8 and the Os that i want to install now is windows 7, its now not used before

Laptops usually only run with the OS that they come with. They don't supply drivers for other OS.
