Am i the only person with apps on my phone that have complete control of phone and wifi or bluetooth devises around them?

Sounds like you may have installed an app or two that were not good ones to install. That or there is a virus or malware on the device.

Now if you let someone use your device, they could have put something on it, but not without access to it.
