My phone can't tilt to full screen.

Hello,my phone can't tilt to full screen.I'm using a Samsung note 2.When ever I put into horizontal angle,it will stay on vertical angle.Is there any solution for this?Thanks.

Basic Answer: Check Your Problem is from hardware or software
Use Third party apps like MX Player
If It Gets Tilt
Its your Software Problem
So Just Reset your Phone manually

And if It Doesnt
Its Hardware problem
Go to your nearest Service Center
And They will Change your Faulty Hardware Spare
