Hi, my android won't turn on fully. When I try turning it on, it only shows the title of the company and doesn't go to home screen. Can anybody help me?

If your phone is having issues at start up the problem could be related to a corrupted file, a corrupted Android OS, or a hardware issue. There are a few ways to troubleshoot this issue:

1. Remove the Battery

I always recommend removing the battery and leaving it out for 30 seconds. This clears the RAM cache and may resolve your issue.

2. Soft Reset
To perform a soft reset, press and hold the "volume down" and "power" buttons simultaneously for 15 - 30 seconds. This works on most Android devices.

3. Remove Connected Peripherals
A faulty SD card or any other accessory (such as a headset/headphones or even the battery) may cause issues such as the one you describe. If possible you may want to buy or borrow another battery to troubleshoot with. A faulty battery could be the cause of an endless startup loop.

4. Power Your Device

Sometimes a bad/weak battery may cause the phone to get stuck in a startup loop. To make sure this isn't the case you'll want to attach your device to its power adapter and plug it into the wall.

5. Boot Android OS in Safe Mode
Occasionally bad or corrupted software may cause your Android device to malfunction. If that's the case you'll want to boot into Safe Mode. Safe Mode allows you to start the device with only the base software required to boot. You can start most devices in Safe Mode by pressing and holding the Menu or Volume Down button while you power the device on. I would do a quick Google search for your specific model or check your device's manual.

6. Factory Hard Reset
You should perform a Factory Rest only if the above suggestions fail to resolve your issue. Be careful! A factory reset will wipe all data and memory from your device. Most phones have a specific button combination to perform a Factory Reset. I would consult your device's manual or Google to find out how to perform a Factory Reset.

7. Repair
If all else fails you'll want to bring your phone into your manufacturer or service provider.

I hope these suggestions help. Please update the thread with your results!
