my phone wont turn on it goes to the loading page and shuts off and then starts the same thing all over again ? I have A Metro Pcs .

im not a technician, but worked in cell phone sales. thats almost always a sign that the phone is done for. what is the model of the phone. if it is a smart phone, you may be able to hard reset it by pressing key combinations (like volume and power) when the phone is turned off. look it up online or in the manual.
