My phone wont turn on what do i do i have a sch r451c

ok so i was outside for about an hour and a half and my phone was in my bag when i got back inside i put it on the charger and it wont turn on or charge. please help i really need my phone and i cant buy another one

Try taking out the battery, wait a few seconds and replace, sometimes the phones freeze after being on for a while.
