My phone wont turn on

There could be several reasons for a phone not turning on.

Make sure battery is fully charged.
Take out the battery and put it back after 20 seconds and try to turn it on.
If phone is still under warranty, you could call customer services of manufacturer/service provider and they would troubleshoot the issue.
