Solved! Lenovo thinkpad L14 wont power on without charger plugged in

Hi,
i have an lenovo L14 gen 1 that wont power on without an charger plugged in.
when i press the power button it will just flash the power button light, Esc, F1 and F4.
it works just fine after it has been powered on and taken out of the charger.
i have absoloutely no idea about what it can be.

Howdy everybody,
here is an update on the laptop issue. I have solved the issue.
i had no idea about what is was and i still dont. but now my laptop is fixed.
the fix was pretty simple. i just did an CMOS-reset and then it just worked.
