my power button was almost broken

My one is an acer laptop of old versioned . the power button has damaged previously .Now it is strugling hard that I couldnot even press it . it is not stable to press.Seems almost broke.I request you to suggest a solution for my problem

This is an odd subject and it's different with laptops vs. desktops. For your laptop, it may not be the button, but it could be the cable, where it's plugged in, the sensor on the button, etc. You would most likely have to order one from Acer.
