Hey guys i was wondering if i could keep my laptop running overnight when using an auto clciker to grind a game, gaming or auto clicking becuase im worried the battery will get destroyed im worried becuase i just got this laptop a few months ago

Not it should not do much to the battery, they are pretty much an expendable item in laptops, especially Dell. The last several generations have had really bad battery failure rates.
