Solved! My RCA viking pro won't turn off and gets stuck on viking pro screen?

I charged my viking pro tablet. When I turned it on it went past the RCA logo screen but the viking pro screen just flashes. I tried to turn it off but it just restarts. What do I do to fix it?

I would replace it with a better quality system, RCA tables have a very high rate of failure. Samsung, LG, Lenovo, Apple (used iPad 4 is a good price), even the Amazon tablets are better quality.
