my samsung j2 2016 phone will switch off automatically. To restart i have to remove and replace the battery it is happening once in day please help me

Sounds to me like a Warranty return to the shop if it's a 2016 model.

Samsung phones are bad news - - - you could fill a toilet-roll with a list all the faults they have. Get it exchanged for a different brand as soon as possible. My son-in-law has returned three Samsung phones in as many months. Third time lucky he gets to choose a different brand so he got a Sony Xperia like mine.

This happens to me also I have a j2 2016. I called Samsung they told to upgrade to newer models.
When I called a mobile repair shop they told change the battery and I did now it's working fine.
So the main problem is battery.they die fast only 2 years it lasted.
