Samsung Tablet has frozen cant swipe to get into it power buttons dont work either .
What to do ?

Either pull the battery (yes I know some are hard to get into) unless your device is under warranty, then don't try opening it up. Or wait for it to run out of power. Then charge it just a small amount and turn it on. If it works fine, you are good. If it won't turn on or gives you trouble again, then you may want to check the device for malware, viruses, bad apps, etc.
