My satellite receiver with HDMI that connected toTV with HDMI but hometheatre does not have the HDMI how can i connect

You have different options. The simplest is to connect the audio output of your TV to the hometheatre. What kind of connections you have will determine how you do this. If the satellite receiver is your only source you could add an audio connection from that to the hometheatre.
