My SD card is reinstall so now what should I have to do

Solution
The only way the phone would not recognize a SD card that was made "Internal" is if either it isn't the device the change was made in, the card was damaged or tried to be used in another device, or the phone was "Reset".

In any of the above cases, the data on the card would then be lost to you. There is no way to get it back, as it isn't gone, it just is no longer accessible due to a device change.

When a card is made into "Internal" storage it is encoded, so that no other device can access it and that includes the same actual device, if reset. So if any of this is the case, the data is lost.
