Question My sharp TV LCD lc-26af3m

The power light and the sleep light is blinking and flashing and the TV will not come up. Pls what can I do

unplug the power from the TV, press the power button on the TV (not on the remote) for about 30seconds. Wait another 2 minutes, then reconnect power and try powering on again.

replace capacitors from the power board or replace the power board itself
