Well if you cant find it,then there's a procedure through which you will be able to buy a new one with your old sim's number.Go to any mobile retailer and they will explain it to you

just go to your service provider customer office and ask them to track them for you, if they can. If they can't just ask them to deactivate that sim and provide you with new sim of same number.
