i am using sony VGN-CR23G/P the screen is broken i have samsung monitor i can connect to second monitor but i want to format sony hard disk and put windows 7 64bit now i want to go to bios setup how to do

The only way that you can make the laptop to boot to BIOS with an external monitor is to unplug the cable of the built in display from the motherboard because it still uses the integrated display when it loads to BIOS.
