my tablets fuctional, but the backlight isn't working, why?

Its able to on but the screen is all black, i've tried to reset it, but it doesn't work at all! Its a bit new, so i'm terrified. PLEASE HELP!



Issue:I'm able to play music, but no formal back light and nothing on screen!

Sounds like the display either has a loose connection, or it is in need of replacing. If under warranty, contact the manufacturer. If not, then it is up to you. If you feel comfortable doing the work yourself, or if not take it to a local tech.
