my teblet cant recognised in my pc

when i try to connect my samsung galaxy tab 2 to my leptop , my leptop cant recognised my teblet

go to settings -> privacy settings->factory data reset....pls backup all your contacts and other data before doing this....then go to applications ->development->turn on USB debugging..then connect to laptop.....
