My Toshiba starts with a preparing automatic repair it doesn't loop a load it turns on and off preparing automatic repair repeat it and shuts off and turns on shuts off turns on repeating the same word over and over

Most likely issue is a failed hard drive or some corrupt Windows files. If you don't have a solid state drive, I would get one of those, and install Windows clean on that. You may be able to copy your files out of the old drive using a USB enclosure if it's still working normally.
