My Toshiba Regza HDTV 2008 pictures are blochy why

My Toshiba Regza HDTV 37" TV picture are blochy all of a sudden. Not all channel are like that but most are.

Is the image bad with everything? HD as well as standard station? Computer output? Did you change any settings or connections? You need to start ruling things out by testing different things and see when the issue occurs.
