My touchpad doesn't work

So I have a packers bell ts11 hr and I upgraded to Windows 10 but my touchpad doesn't work. I have found it in divice manager but I have code 24 deleting all the drivers and reinstalling them doesn't work. Does anyone have a idea how to fix this?

Go to mouse and touchpad settings. There should be "enable touch pad"
