My TV has been changed to all HD, which I don't want. How do I get out of it?

Someone has clicked something on my TV control so that only HD channels are available. I want to go back to getting all my channels. How do I get there?

If like my Xfinity/Comcast service, you have a setting on the cable box to select HD channels by default. Are you using a cable provider?
