No. if it doesn't have a usb port it mean it can't read an usb drive.

Could use your TV as a display from your PC using HDMI cable or DVI -I or D to HDMI adapter and use your USB pendrive this way.

Any TV media box such as the WD TV media or Android TV boxes will work so long as the file types are compatible with them.
