my TV is black and white

help me.. my cable box with Rca cable.. and my TV with green white blue red connection and don't have a yellow.. when I put the yellow from the cable box to the green of the TV.. the video of my TV is black and white and no color at all.. can u help me

Not really, you need a new cable box or some kind of convertor box to convert Component video to composite video. The green/red/blue cables are mean to have the 3 colors of a video signal seperate. The yellow cable sends it all on 1 cable. They two aren't compatible without a convertor or new box.

Some TVs have a shared component - composite video input. The TV manual will tell you if that is so. If yours does then there will be a TV menu that you can change to composite.
