Solved! My Windows 10 ASUA laptop allows me to enter the network key but does not connect to it

My wifi works fine but my laptop cannot connect to it but it lets me enter the wifi password

When you click on the wi-fi icon in the Taskbar, you oen a right hand column where you input the security key.

Please click on that then on Status and reproduce here, the information in that Settings page.
