Hello my computer is running on a windows 7 and its a toshiba laptop ok. So whenever i start it up it says windows loading files and then it goes to a screen that shows startup repair and it does that all the time but before that ive been having problems it wouldn't be able to connect to my network

Did you try to go through the repair? If that fails, you can try to boot off a Windows disk and run a repair setup that way. Also see if it starts OK in safe mode.

At times issues like this also come from a failing hard drive since it can't read the files it needs to start Windows, see if the BIOS has a utility to run a disk check.
