my zte zmax pro is showing me a fully charged battery but won't turn on at all

I just got this phone new years eve and it died at 0% for the first time since I had it now its showing me a fully charged battery but won't power on after that

If it is that new, and not working correctly, you should return it and have them give you a new one. New devices shouldn't have such problems.
