My zte_835_maven running Android 7.1.1 " IS" being hacked via wifi and bluetooth

Daily for the past few months my phone has been hacked hacked by a presumed ex girlfriend and or her boyfriend. They listen to my phone calls live and control the volume of my calls, and cut them off at will. They take pictures and video of me, delete my apps and and have installed autostart frstures in the root of my third phone since this started . Please I need help!. There is usually a window everyday when I have a few hours to try and block the attacks which are by wifi or bluetooth via my sim, or Mac and I addresses using some sort of NFC device via my on board radio. I see where all apps I load are redirected and recoded with a broadcad/receive command and when I try and erase, it just automatically reinstalls itself.

While it isn't as simple as many people thin to hack someones phone or do the other things you have stated, there are things you can add to a phone to cause issues.

Have you considered saving any personal files to a computer, cloud account, google etc., and then doing a "Hard Reset" of the device? This would take it back to the original state, before anything was on it.

Then you also might consider contacting your carrier/service provider about a change of number and a new SIM.


NOTE: Doing this will clear 'all' the data on your phone, so it is suggested you not choose this option unless you have to, or aren't worried about losing anything on the phone.

Be sure you back up any data you want to keep, to a computer or cloud account, before doing the reset.


To "Hard Reset" the phone...

1. Make sure that the phone is actually powered off.

2. Remove your SD card, if there is one in the device.

3. Press the "Power" and the "Volume Up" buttons, together, until you see the start-up logo on the screen.

4. Once you can see the logo, release the buttons and allow the device to enter the "System Recovery Mode".

5. Next use "Volume Down" button to get to the "wipe data/factory reset" option When in recovery mode the "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" buttons are how to can navigate and highlight what option you need.

6. Once you have selected the "wipe data/factory reset", press the "Power" button to select that option.

7. On the following screen, repeatedly press the "Volume Down" button until the "Yes - delete all user data" option is what is selected.

8. Then press the "Power" button to hard reset the phone.

9. If you took your SD card out in step 2, when the device is up and running again, reinsert the SD card.
