Name not on blocked list but still blocked

I wrongly blocked a membership request on a Group of which I am an administrator. But the Settings>Privacy>Blocking does not list her name so I can unblock her. How can I fix this, please?

I think you'll need to specify which service you're trying to use.

My guess would be that the 'block' button declined the request, and she needs to submit a new one. Not certain, though.
