Nc10 screen black

hello, can i have support over samsung NC10 screen going black when turning on the unit? i cant do anything about it

Is the computer starting up, i.e. can you hear fans running, are the lights on it turning on, etc...?

My screen comes on saying samsung then loads up but stays quiet and the screen then goes black
