Need a cheap laptop

I'm looking to buy a laptop for my girlfriend or a ultrabook or whatever fancy word they use these days. I need something that is very cheap, and it has to be running windows cause she isn't good with Mac or Chromebook or anything else. I am just looking for something basic, just a laptop that can be used for checking emails, skype and surfing. I am looking for the cheapest price since I am not asking for much here.

Any suggestions?

I would look for a cheap lenovo as they have a great keyboard and are very robust and reliable.
