I need a gaming laptop that can play games at a stable 40-60 fps, not any high-poly games, just simple things like Skyrim and CS:Go, my price range is 400-700 and I'd like it to have a graphics card, not integrated, unless it is good, if anyone can find me a good gaming laptop with a graphics card, one that can get a graphics card or one with really good integrated graphics then that would be great.

FYI... Skyrim is a lot more demanding than CSGO.

The best laptop you can buy that is only slightly more than your budget is the Dell Inspiron 15 7559 which has a quad core Core i5-6300HQ and nVidia GTX 960m for $716. It is pretty popular gaming laptop from 2016 that is not very expensive.

For $600 the best laptop to buy is the just released Acer Aspire 5 A515-51G-52R1 which has a dual core i5-7200u and nVidia MX150 GPU. The only place that actually sells it is Microcenter, however, they are currently out of stock. If you really want it then you have to check their website periodically to see if...

They did have stock yesterday.

The nVidia MX50 is the successor to the nVidia 940mx. It is basically the same chip used in the desktop GeForce GT 1030. It's performance is between the GTX 950m and GTX 960m which it a big increase compared to the 940mx.

Lastly, for $550 (currently on sale) you can buy the following Lenovo IdeaPad 510-15IKB. It has a dual core i5-7200u and nVidia 940mx.

With the release of the MX150, it does not really make sense to buy a laptop with the 940mx unless you really no not want to spend a lot of money, but still want a laptop with a dedicated GPU, and you cannot wait for the Acer laptop with the MX150 GPU to be more widely available.

Thank you both for the answers, I really should have upped the budget a bit so sorry about that, I have found the laptop I want but both of your answers are extremely helpful too, so thank you.

EDIT: The finance was declined, guess I'm going to see which one of those I'd prefer.

Another quick edit, link me to British websites please, as I am British.
