Need a New Laptop

Ok, so I would like to buy a new laptop, it really does not matter what res. just not 800x600 ot anything like that. It is ok if it is used or referbished. I would like to have the laptop for internet surfing and a bit of gaming. the games I am probably only going to play on this laptop will be Warframe and Minecraft. I am not looking to max out all settings 60 fps. maybe somewhere around low medium for warframe with a prefered 50-60 fps, minecraft, meh, maybe normal render with fancy graphics at 60 fps? I would "prefer" getting an amd pc. but if you can find something that is a bang for the buck, sure.
My budget will be 300 prefered, 400 maximum. USD.
I hope I am not asking to much? It does not hatter if it is new either, XD. If it is used try to make so it is from someone trusted or a name brand, but if not that is ok too. Thanks in advance.

Have a look around see if you can find a Acer Aspire AS5560-7402 $300-400 you will be lucky to find anything half decent where laptops are concerned.

Have a look around the ASUS K55N-DS81 looks like it will be the better choice you may find it cheaper.
