need a program to scan 50+ hot swap drives to one data file

I have over 100TB of data that I want to scan and build a data tree.
All the data is on over 50+ hot swap hard drives I want to build a master data set to free up drives.
What I need is a program to scan all drive build a list of all data type/size/date so I can find duplicates so I can delete them then build a master set.

Also, you can do a 2 way sync, resulting in 2 drives with identical contents. Then just erase one of them.
