Need a suggestion for a cheap laptop

Can anyone suggest any laptop that is fairly good for watching youtube, movies. The less expensive the better and my budget is extremely low. Thank you.

Is it's only purpose to watch video? If yes wouldn't a tablet be more convenient?

I can go with a tablet as long as it has windows and can use a keyboard beacuse i would like if i can use office on it.

Well you could look at a Surface 3 but it's not cheap. Pretty much any new laptop will do what you want for less
