I got it as a present but for some reason Walmart isn't where it came from like I thought and when I try to look up the age of Asian it won't give me a code

I got it as a present but for some reason Walmart isn't where it came from like I thought and when I try to look up the code through the online services from the tablet it won't give me a code

To activate the tablet, you need the receipt from the retailer. If the person who gifted it to you hasn't got that receipt, you're stuck with it.

If they lost or binned it, they should go back to the retailer and ask for a duplicate receipt. They'll need the date of purchase and possibly, sight of te card they used for the purchase.
