Need advice for chossing gaming laptop

Im about to buy a laptop that im using for school but aso for some gaming i've narrowed down to two models. I need help knowing wich one would preform better at gaming.
here are the options:

Dell xps 15
-Intel core i7 2820 qm @ 2.3 ghz
-Nvidia gt 540m 2gb
-6 gb ram ddr3 @ 1333mhz
-640 gb hdd @ 7200 rpm

MSI gt 660r
-Intel core i7 740 qm
-NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 285M 3D Discrete Graphics Card (DDR3 1GB VRAM)
• 6GB (2GB x 3) DDR3 1066 MHz System Memory
• 1TB (500x2) 7200RPM Hard Drive

the price difference is of $10. Please help and if you have any of these systems please tell me your experience.

Hello zephonlk;

For gaming - GTX 285 is better than GT 540M. For everything else the i7 2820QM is much better than the i7 740QM. For battery live the GT 540M/Optimus has a major advantage.
