need asus help

my asus t200t is stuck on blue screen an "working on updates, do not turn your computer off"
it has been over 24 hours. can't turn wi fi off because i never get past the blue screen. Help!

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds until it completely shut down then try to turn in back on.
- If it doesn't work do try to load Safe Mode, while the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it load Advanced Boot Option and select Safe Mode.
- Once in Safe Mode do perform System Restore, restore it back to an earlier date or time before the problem even happened.

- Once done do see if it would load normally.
