Need bulb for Mitsubishi 73" dlp tv

I have sound on my tv but no picture, do I need bulb? How do I troubleshoot this problem?

I don't think that will work as it is a projection TV.

Yes it is probably the bulb that has gone,you can get new ones on Amazon such as this though you should check the model No.
