Uhmmm NO. Your Intel Core 2 Duo can't play "heavy" and "good" Pc games at HIGH / Ultra settings (like Bf4) because the CPU, Mobo, and probably memory can't cut it. You can update the drivers all you like (www.intel.com then click support and scan your computer), but it won't make it a gaming system. Further you didn't list any other components, nor what graphics card you have or PSU to power it all etc.
IMHO you better rethink your assumptions, or at least provide a better understanding (run SPECCY and) give us the specs of your PC and what games your wanting to play, what you want to set the 'settings' to, and what your 'expectations are'. For example "I want three screens running 1900x1080 surround display, all running 240FPS at 120Hz during a 64Man BF4 session all on ULTRA, 16AA, 16AF dammit!".
