Question Need fix for my laptop GPU

Hi there. I am using a hp pavilion g6 with an i5-2450m processor with 8gb ram and has radeon HD 7670m in it. It is an old laptop. The problem is, i can't find my graphics driver. I used CPUID, gone through dxdiag and device manager. All i see is intel graphics and can't find amd or radeon graphics. In the device manager it says STANDARD GRAPHICS ADAPTER not only one but two of them, one having a yellow triangle with this symbol (!) and just hooks up with intel graphics. My father says it is a gpu failure. I don't know if it is real or not. I changed the OS to win7. i have the driver software but its not showing amd graphics adapter.....Please tell me if it is really an gpu failure or not and give me the proper way to fix this issue.......

With that age system, not very unusual to have the video card fail. If the card is in an MXM slot you can try re-seating it. What happens when you try to install the Radeon drivers from HP support site? Does it say no AMD or ATI card is installed?
