Need help asap

Whilst on holiday I have dropped my phone over the balcony and smashed it... is there any way I can access my photos through my partners phone? Any advice would be very appreciated

Is there any sign of life in it when you power it up? If yes, find and download Android Commander and install it on your PC. When you run it with the phone connected through USB, you may be lucky enough to have access to all the personal files.
