Solved! Need help getting my new cell to ring

I bought a tcl lx cell straight talk phone and it won't ring I finally get it to ring then it stops. Then I do what I did before it don't work now it won't make the Facebook sound it only vibrate I can call out and get calls in and answer when the vibrate. Help
